Updated fees & Return Policy
Fees for the 2012 Season:
Pre-registration is recommended this year. If
you make payment in full during the dates listed, you will pay the fee
listed here:
12/1/11 through 12/31/11 - $287.00
1/1/12 through 4/15/12 - $325.00
4/16/12 through 6/1/12 - $350.00
6/1/12 through closing of registration - $375.00
Note: all fees include a small transactional fee.
There is a $20 discount (per person) for registering 2 or more children
in the same family.
The registration fee covers all required membership fees, insurance,
fields, officials and equipment rental (including jersey).
Note:
In order to pay the fee
quoted above, you must pay in full between the dates listed.
Refund
Policy:
Players who cancel their registration by June 30th will pay
an administrative fee of $100.
Players who cancel their registration by August 31st will pay
an administrative fee of $200.
Players cancel their registration by August 31st will not be
eligible for a refund.

Here are the steps
for completing this registration:
1) Complete form
2) Click the "exit confirmation page"
3) Download medical release form and email it to
registration@5starfootball.com
4) Make payment here (link to this page:
http://www.5starfootball.com/Payment.htm)
5) In the spring, you will receive an email asking you to complete the
final step of concussion training. Note: GEJFA will not open this step
until spring so we can’t have you complete it yet.
5) You will receive an email that we have received your registration and
payment. Keep this email for your records.
Note: There is a $100
non refundable fee is due at registration.
