Five Star
Cheerleading is a part of 5 Star Cougar Football. We are excited to have a
new coach this year and we currently have 35 girls registered. Our
cheerleaders will learn sideline cheers, stunting, cheer skills and a couple
of half time programs. There are many benefits that come from belonging to 5
Star Cougar Cheer. Some of them are; improved physical fitness, enhanced
coordination, working in unison with a group, building a positive
self-esteem and learning how to manage time and responsibilities. These
attributes will remain with the cheerleaders throughout their school years
and into adulthood.
The program fee
is $205 which includes your uniform that you keep. In addition to learning
cheers and cheering at the games we will also do a fun fundraiser. This is a
requirement for each girl to participate as they benefit from the earnings.
We join in with cheer camp, parades, championship games, and of course the
end of the year party. What a blast! This is going to be one of the best
seasons yet.
